We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Associate Product Analysts to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting product strategies, driving innovation, and leveraging data for better, informed decisions.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, designers, and software engineers to turn requirements into user stories.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders through different channels for product requirement gathering, feedback, validation, and presentation.
  • Research and gather insights on customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Create product requirement documentation and tickets.
  • Analyze data from diverse sources to find opportunities for product improvement and optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, SaaS tools, and technological advances to anticipate market changes and suggest innovative product solutions.
  • Facilitate the product launch process by supporting documentation, training materials, and communication plans.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration (BBA), or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to acquire, analyze, and gain insights from data
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments
  • A creative and innovative perspective focused on delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Familiarity with Flowcharting, UML diagramming, product mock-up designing (low fidelity), SQL, Git, and Software Engineering concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for organizing, documenting, and presenting
  • Expertise in innovative tools and technologies to boost productivity and problem-solving abilities, like leveraging AI language models like ChatGPT, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving capacities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
