T he day I had been eagerly waiting for finally arrived—the chance to reconnect with my team after what felt like ages of remote work. Team meetings have always been something I look forward to, but this time, it was different. We were headed to the breathtaking Zuri Resort in Kumarakom for our Datafy 2.0 team event. The lush greenery, serene backwaters, and tranquil atmosphere set the perfect stage for what turned out to be an unforgettable experience.
On August 2nd, the teams at Beinex embarked on an unforgettable team connect event at The Zuri Resort, Kumarakom. This time, the spotlight was on our Aurex and Digital teams, joined by our leaders. It perfectly blended fun, relaxation, and team bonding against the breathtaking backdrop of Kerala’s enchanting backwaters.
When I first heard about “Vogue Vista,” our Business Casual Ramp Walk event, I was both intrigued and a bit skeptical. I mean, a ramp walk at a team event? It sounded so out of the ordinary! But as the day unfolded, I realized this was exactly what made the event so special. It wasn’t just another meeting or presentation—it was a chance to see my colleagues in a completely new light, and I loved every moment of it.
I’ll admit, the idea of strutting down a runway in front of my peers was nerve-wracking. How often do you get to do something like that, right? But as our team prepared and started practicing our catwalks, the initial nerves began to fade. My teammates were all dressed to the nines in smart business casuals, and the energy in the room was contagious. It was exciting to see everyone step out of their usual roles and embrace this unique challenge with so much enthusiasm.
When our turn to walk the ramp came, my heart was pounding. I had never done anything like this before, and I was nervous. But as soon as I stepped onto the runway and saw the encouraging smiles of my colleagues, I felt an overwhelming sense of support.
