M aintaining a healthy work-life balance can often be challenging, especially while working from home, but I'm grateful to be with Beinex, a company that truly prioritizes and supports its employee’s well-being.
The Datafy 2.0 team event occurred at the picturesque Zuri Resort in Kumarakom. Surrounded by the peaceful backwaters, the resort’s vibrant greenery, calming waters, and elegant facilities created an ideal environment for our event. With more than 50 attendees, the event provided a wonderful chance to meet colleagues face-to-face after many virtual meetings, enhancing our camaraderie and collaboration.
The dining experience at Zuri Resort was truly outstanding, featuring an array of exquisite dishes that delighted every palate. Each meal was a culinary masterpiece, perfectly crafted to please diverse tastes and ensuring that every guest was left with a sense of fulfillment.
The corporate fashion show, Vogue Vista, was a standout feature of the event. It showcased an impressive array of styles and creativity, bringing a splash of glamour and excitement to the gathering.
The outdoor games injected a vibrant energy into the event, fostering teamwork and friendly competition. Divided into groups, participants engaged with enthusiasm and sportsmanship, making these activities a refreshing and enjoyable part of the event.
There was no formality and everyone, including the leaders, was enjoying and just being fully present. A brief self-introduction session for new employees and presentations of Beinex’s success stories added a personal and inspiring touch to the event.
The award ceremony was a proud moment for many, as we celebrated the achievements and hard work of our team members. It was inspiring to see colleagues recognized for their contributions. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and appreciation, with each award highlighting the dedication and excellence within our team.
The DJ Night was an absolute blast, turning into a collective celebration of rhythm and energy. It was the ideal moment to relax, enjoy each other's company, and make lasting memories. We had the perfect chance to relax and have fun with friends. It was an unforgettable experience full of great memories. After that, we enjoyed late-night chats and laughter until we finally fell asleep.
As we parted ways the following day, it was a mix of emotions. The Datafy 2.0 team connect had come to an end, and we were heading to various corners of India and beyond; the personal connections we created will only deepen once we return to our professional lives.
