On August 2nd, the teams at Beinex embarked on an unforgettable team connect event at The Zuri Resort, Kumarakom. This time, the spotlight was on our Aurex and Digital teams, joined by our leaders. It perfectly blended fun, relaxation, and team bonding against the breathtaking backdrop of Kerala’s enchanting backwaters.
As the sun rose over Kumarakom, our teams gathered from different corners of Kerala with eager anticipation. The serene waters and lush landscapes provided an idyllic setting, immediately setting a tone of tranquility and inspiration for the days ahead.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm hospitality, and our every need was catered to, providing us with a seamless blend of luxury and comfort. The stunning views from the resort were simply the icing on the cake, offering a perfect mix of natural beauty and modern amenities.
Our HR and Operations teams have organized various games and activities, adding an element of fun and excitement to the event. We engaged in friendly cricket and basketball matches, which not only provided a great way to stay active but fostered team spirit and camaraderie. For those seeking adventure, kayaking on the serene backwaters was an unforgettable experience, offering relaxation and thrill. The team was divided into groups with funny names, and the sportsmanship was evident. Finally, team Damodarji won the championship, wrapping up the sports activities.
